Section 10(2) in The Chennai Corporation Servants Conduct Rules, 1968
(2)Sub-rule (1) shall apply to the Corporation Legal Adviser and other officials who are not full time officers, but are engaged by the Corporation to do specified work without prejudice to the regular exercise of their profession in other respects.
