Section 15(3) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(3)Every Society shall maintain a register showing the names, addresses and occupations of the persons, who are members of the Governing body and the President or Secretary or any person authorized in this behalf by Governing body, shall file with the Registrar-(i)a copy of the register within a period of fourteen days from the date of election of the members of the first Governing body; and(ii)a notice of every change in the members of the Governing body within a period of fourteen days from the date of such change.
