Section 32(b) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(b)The Superintendent shall send to the Registrar, every day declaration, signed by him and witnessed by all the invigilators then on duty to the effect that he did as a matter of fact call upon the candidates to search their pockets and to surrender all papers, books or notes in their possession and that all the latercomers were also given this warning as required in paragraph (a) above.
