Section 4(6)(ii) in The Competition Commission of India (Salary, allowances, other terms and conditions of service of the Secretary and officers and other employees of the Commission and the number of such officers and other employees) Rules, 2009

(ii)The commission shall recover contribution towards provident fund from such Secretary, officers and employees and remit the amount immediately to the lending Ministry or Department or organisation.
