Section 2(b) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(b)"Allotted Transmission Capacity" means the power transfer in MW between the specified point(s) of injection and point(s) of drawal allowed to be long-term customer on the inter-state transmission system under normal circumstances and the expression "allotment of transmission capacity" shall be construed accordingly;
