Section 4(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Demand Side Management) Regulations, 2016
(1)The Distribution Licensees and the State nodal agency designated by the Bureau shall carry out assessment of potential for DSM in the State within 6 months from the date of notification of Regulations.
