87. Furnishing of information to Directorate of Estates.
- All Ministries or Departments or Offices of the Government of India shall furnish the information on the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings in respect of the concerned employee, under the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964, to the Directorate of Estates on proven subletting cases within fifteen days on issue of orders in this regard.
