Section 14(1) in Bhavnagar University (Amendment) Act, 1987
(1)in sub-section (2),-(a)clause (ii) shall be deleted;(b)for clauses (iv) and (v), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:-"(iv) One University reader of the subject comprised in the Faculty to be nominated by Vice-Chancellor by rotation, in the manner specified by the Statutes;(v)One member who is a teacher to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor by rotation from amongst the members of the Board of Studies Other than the Chairman in the manner specified by the Statutes."
