Section 14(2) in The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2017
(2)On commencement of these Regulations, any reference to the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-state ABT) Regulations, 2006 in any of the Regulations, standards, codes or procedures of the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission shall deemed to be replaced by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2017.
