Section 14 in The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2017
14. Repeal and Savings.
(1)On commencement of these Regulations, the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-state ABT) Regulations,2006 shall stand repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action already taken under the repealed regulations shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these Regulations.(2)On commencement of these Regulations, any reference to the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-state ABT) Regulations, 2006 in any of the Regulations, standards, codes or procedures of the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission shall deemed to be replaced by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2017.
