8. Renewal of license.
(1)Every Agency shall apply to the Controlling Authority for renewal of the license within period of 90 days from the date of expiry of license.(2)The Controlling Authority may renew a license up to a further period of five years.(3)The fees chargeable for renewal of the license shall be same fees as applicable for the grant of license.
