(a)On the 1st of every month the Superintendent shall prepare in duplicate a monthly return of force in B.P. Form No. 181, one copy being sent to the Deputy Inspector-General and the other direct to the Inspector-General.(b)The instructions for the preparation of the return are printed on the form in Volume II.
