Section 263(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Board may with the prior concurrence of the Government, appoint an officer of the Government not below the rank of Joint Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department of Bihar Government Secretary of Board.
