263. Appointment of Secretary and other Officers.
(1)The Board may with the prior concurrence of the Government, appoint an officer of the Government not below the rank of Joint Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department of Bihar Government Secretary of Board.(2)The Board may, with the prior concurrence of the Government appoints-(i)as many officers as necessary not below the rank of Asst. Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department, Bihar.(ii)such other officer and employees of any other department of the Government, as it considers necessary, to assist the Board in efficient discharge of its functions under the Act.
