Section 972(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)A committee shall be formed which shall ordinarily consist of the Superintendent or the Additional Superintendent, the Armed Inspector end the Reserve officer to examine all new clothing received from contractors, and all uniform returned by officers proceeding on leave for more than four months or leaving the force.
