16. General conditions of licence for trout, mixed and carp fishing.
(1)Licences issued are not transferable and shall be shown on demand to any Fisheries, Forest, Revenue or Police Officer or any person authorised by the Director.(2)Licence holders shall, on demand, show their catches to any or all of the above officers or persons.
