Section 3(1) in The Meghalaya Employees' State Insurance Courts Rules, 1980
(1)A Court shall ordinarily consist of one Judge :Provided that the State Government may, after consultation with the Corporation, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint two or more Judges to a Court for any particular proceeding or Class of proceedings and for such period as may be specified in the notifications.
