3. Constitution of the Court and place of sitting.
(1)A Court shall ordinarily consist of one Judge :Provided that the State Government may, after consultation with the Corporation, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint two or more Judges to a Court for any particular proceeding or Class of proceedings and for such period as may be specified in the notifications.(2)Subject to the provisions of Rule 6, a Court shall sit at such place or places and at such time as the State Government may, after consultation with the Corporation from time to time, specify.
