(3)The Chairperson appointed on whole time basis, shall be provided with one telephone each at his office and his residence without STD and if appointed on honorary basis, shall be paid telephone allowance of Rs. 500/- per month. The members shall be paid telephone allowance of [Rs. 500/-] [Substituted by the Amendment Rules 2010] per month.
