Section 37N(a) in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1985
(a)receive or convey poppy straw or medicine containing poppy straw which is not sealed and accompanied by transport pass from an office duly empowered in this behalf;
