Section 9(1) in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
(1)Board of Examiners shall be constituted for the State of Madhya Pradesh consisting of the Chief Inspector and Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than two other members having the theoretical knowledge of prime-movers and modern boiler practice to be appointed by the State Government, from time to time.
