9. Constitution of Board of Examiners.
(1)Board of Examiners shall be constituted for the State of Madhya Pradesh consisting of the Chief Inspector and Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than two other members having the theoretical knowledge of prime-movers and modern boiler practice to be appointed by the State Government, from time to time.(2)The Chief Inspector shall be the ex-officio Chairman and the Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector shall be the Secretary to the Board of Examiners.
