Section 4(q) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(q)"Special Pay" means an addition in the nature of pay to the emoluments of a post or of an employee granted in consideration of :-(i)the specially arduous nature of the duties;(ii)a specific addition to the work or responsibility.
