Section 19(e) in Development Authority Bye-laws for Conservation of Heritage Sites
(e)The Authority with previous approval of the Government may on the advice of the Heritage Conservation Committee add to, alter or amend the provisions of sub-bye-laws (a), (b) and (c) above.
