Section 17(2) in Jharkhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)The State Council of Educational Research and Training shall perform the following responsibilities -(a)To formulate relevant textbooks and other learning materials;(b)To develop `in-service training' design(c)To prepare guidelines for putting into practice continuous and comprehensive evaluation; and(d)To prepare guidelines for evaluation of the overall quality of school.
