Section 6(3) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005
(3)The Head Master Grade II/Mandal Educational Officer/Lecturer District Institute of Educational and Training requesting transfer as per Rule (3) read above to the place of his choice as per the entitlement points earned by him, he shall submit request application to the concerned authority and attend to the counseling for opting places of his choice. If he does not attend to the counseling, he may be transferred to any post as per the administrative necessity.
