Section 65(2) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(2)Any revenue earned by the generating company from sale of infirm power, shall be taken as reduction in capital cost of the generating station and shall not be treated as revenue. The rate for infirm power shall be same as the primary energy rate of the generating station.
