Section 76(2) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973

(2)Notwithstanding any such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 72, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 18th day of June, 1973.[The Schedule] [Substituted by Uttar Pradesh Act No. 6 of 2009.
