Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the comparison of service charge rates as per e-tender opened on 05.08.2022 and the rates, as currently being charged by the petitioner which goes to indicate that there is a colossal difference in the rates being charged by the petitioner and the rates as are now proposed to be charged by the L-1.
Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two days' time to obtain instructions.
