Section 50(17) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(17)The Deputy Conductor shall forward the report through the Conductor to the Secretary alongwith the following documents-(a)Copying material recovered from the candidate duly signed by the candidate and attested by the concerned Supervisor and the Deputy Conductor.(b)Statement of the candidate countersigned by the Supervisor and the Deputy Conductor.(c)Answer book of the candidate packed in a separate envelope labelled as "Malpractice Case".
