Section 65(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 24. the first Vice- Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the date of commencement of this Act for a period not exceeding two years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government may thinks fit.
