15. Powers of Chairperson of Board.
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Chairperson of the Board shall also have the following powers, namely:-(a)to depute a member of the Board to any Institute Campus for inspection;(b)to call for any information or report in connection with the administration and working of the Institute
