Section 3 in Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law courses Common Entrance Test Rules, 2007

3. Eligibility Criteria for appearing in the PGLCET/ PGLCET-AC.

- Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for PGLCET/ PGLCET-AC.
(1)The candidate should be of Indian Nationality
(2)The candidate should satisfy local'/ 'non-local' status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended.
(3)The candidate should have passed or appeared in the 30-year /5/-year LLB / BL Degree awarded by any university. However, the candidate should pass the qualifying examination by the date of commencement of admission into PG Law courses.
