4. Formation of Common Cadre Authority.
- common cadre Authority is a committee comprising of the following officials:(i)commissioner /Director of sugar ;(ii)Additional Director of sugar - I; and(iii)Additional Director of sugar - IIin which Director of sugar will be the chairman of the committee. If the post of one of the Additional Director of sugar is vacant, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu co-operative sugar Federation would be the 3rd member of the committee.
