Section 2 in The Imperial Library (Change of Name) Act, 1948
2. Imperial Library to be known as National Library.
- On and after the commencement of this Act, the Imperial Library shall be known as "the National Library", and any reference to the Imperial Library in any law for the time being in force or in any indenture, instrument or other document shall be construed as a reference to the National Library.
