(2)There will be one or more training camps for the training of the Home Guards. Each of these camps will be commanded by an Officer Commanding; Training Camp, under the direct supervision and control of the Commandant. The Officer Commanding shall be assisted by a staff of Instructors and others as may be sanctioned by the State Government from time to time.
