(2)Any of the assets referred to in sub-section (1) representing immovable properties may be mutually transferred on such terms and conditions, not being less advantageous than what the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences of the former University was entitled to on the day immediately before the appointed day, as the State Government may determine.
