Section 29(3) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(3)The existing colleges and teaching units along with the facilities and the budget in the field of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and a lied branches in the Government Departments shall be transferred to the University with effect from such date as the Government may notify.
