Section 18(iii) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(iii)to issue provisional licence on recommendation of Member Secretary, to the contractors who are eligible and having request pending due to not holding of Technical Committee's meeting. However, information of issuance of such provisional licence shall be given to the Technical Committee as soon as possible for final decision.
