Section 65(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)Any notice or document required, by or for the purposes of the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances, Rules and Regulations, to be given or sent to anybody or any authority including to Acuity or student of the University, or a member of any Board / Committee may be given to him personally or may be sent to hint by post, to his last postal address- of which the Registrar has cognizance.
