[Section 9(b)] - (1) A member shall, while on duty, wear such uniform as may be supplied to him by the Government, and in case it is not supplied then such uniforms as may be specified in that behalf by the Government.(2)A member who for any reason ceases to be a member of the Home Guards, shall forthwith deliver to his Company Commander uniform supplied to him as member.
