Section 31(2) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(2)Whoever contravenes any other provisions of this Act or any condition of Certificate of Registration granted thereunder shall be punishable,-(a)for the first offence with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both;(b)for the second and subsequent offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees or with both.
