Section 18(1) in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1955
(1)A full, true and accurate statement of his assets, including his immovable property and liabilities shall be furnished:(a)by an applicant for membership of a registered society with unlimited liability, together with his application.(b)by a member of registered society with unlimited liability when' required to do so by the Registrar or any person authorised by 'him in his behalf or by the affiliating society
