Section 276 in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987

276. Ministerial Staff.

276.1In view of the strictly confidential and technical nature of work the ministerialstag\ff shall be required to handle, the Force may have a ministerial staff shall berequired to handle, the Force may have ministerial cadre of its own, though in theinitial stages persons may be taken on deputation also. The ranks of the cadre shallbe-
(a)Superintendents.
(b)Assistants.
(c)Stenographers.
(d)Senior Clerks.
(e)Clerk-cum-Typist.
276.2The method of recruitment and other conditions of service relating to the saidposts shall be in accordance with the rules and procedure laid down in the Railway Establishment code.
276.3The Ministerial cadre presently posted with the Security Department shall besubject to the control of [Principal Chief Security Commissioner] [Substituted 'Chief Security Commissioner' by Notification No. G.S.R. 140(E), dated 2.2.2018 (w.e.f. 3.12.1987)] who shall be their head of thedepartment.
