Section 36(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Every non-official member shall be paid a sitting fee of five hundred rupees for attending a meting of the Board. This fee shall not be applicable for sub-committee meetings.
