Section 1 in The Tripura Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1975
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tripura Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1975.(2)It extends to the whole of Tripura.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the seventeenth day of September, 1975.
