Section 71(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)The State Government may appoint six suitable officers respectively as the Chief Town Planner, Chief Engineer, Controller of Finance, Secretary, Estate Officer and Manager Estate of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] from Haryana [Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Urban Development Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or concerned department of State Government, who shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by regulations or delegated to them by Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or its Vice-Chairman.
