Section 39(2)(viii) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016

(viii)in any case where the fuel used to propel a vehicle gives off a flammable vapour at a temperature less than 650 C, the fuel tank shall not be behind the shield unless the following requirements are complied with, namely:-
