278. Prohibition of publication and entry of newspaper, periodicals, journals etc.
- No person shall:(i)Publish or display advertisement of liquor or intoxicating preparations in any electronic or print media including television, mobile phone, social networking site, newspaper, periodicals, journals, hoardings, banners etc. in the area to which the Act applies,(ii)import or possess any newspaper, journal, periodical etc. if they contain advertisement of liquor or of any preparation of intoxicating liquor.
