(2)The allottee of an abadi site shall not be liable to pay any premium or ground rent, but he shall hold such abadi site on the following terms and conditions:-(a)The allottee shall build a house and shall begin to reside in it or use it for the purpose for which the site was allotted within a period of three years from the date of delivery of possession of the site allotted.(b)If the allottee fails to comply with the terms and conditions incorporated in clause (a) of sub-rule
